Compass Rose Suites Wedding | Prince Edward County
This beautiful Compass Rose Suites wedding in Prince Edward County exuded all the elegance of a movie star celebration. Chloe adorned herself in Carrie Bradshaw’s iconic Manolo Blahnik shoes from Sex and The City, adding a touch of movie star charm to the day. Admittedly, I wasn’t immediately familiar with the shoes, but as I photographed them, a memory stirred. It dawned on me that I might have captured photos of Sarah Jessica Parker wearing the same shoes when I photographed her during the filming of Sex and The City in NYC.
The cinematic theme continued into the evening when the couple danced to “A Tale As Old As Time” from Beauty and the Beast.
Ryan exuded a GQ look as he prepared in the loft suite at Compass Rose. The venue’s loft space, a fantastic feature, offered the ideal setting for getting ready and spending quality time with family and friends before the ceremony. It also served as the perfect spot for a pre-ceremony dram. In Ryan’s case, a delightful Japanese whisky caught his fancy. Personally, I’m more of a Scotch drinker, but it seemed to be going down quite smoothly for him.
The enchanting ceremony unfolded in the hidden forest at Compass Rose Suites. The natural beauty of the surroundings and the vibrant fall colors of the ceremony site added to the overall charm and elegance of the wedding day.
With a dream team of vendors supporting throughout the day, coupled with perfect weather and delectable food, this day had it all! Chloe and Ryan, thank you so much for selecting me to capture all the moments of your big day!
